AION offers an unconditional 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all under sink systems. If you are not completely satisfied with your water quality within 30 days of receiving your system, contact us and we will arrange return of the system and issue a full refund of the original purchase price. No questions asked.
The $5,000 deposit for whole house systems is fully refundable until the point of system fabrication (typically 2 weeks after deposit). Once fabrication has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your whole house system within 30 days of delivery, we will work with you to modify the system at no additional cost until you are satisfied.
All AION system housings carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers the stainless steel housing, fittings, valves, and structural components of the system. It does not cover filter media, which requires periodic replacement, or damage caused by improper use or unauthorized modification.
Filter media (carbon blocks, ceramic membranes, ion exchange resin) is warranted for 12 months or 1,000 gallons from the date of first use. AION's Annual Service Program ensures your media is replaced on schedule.
