All AION orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Whole house system orders are subject to a 3–4 week fabrication period prior to shipment.
Under sink systems ship via insured freight carrier within the contiguous United States. Shipping is complimentary on all orders. Installation is the responsibility of the customer — AION does not provide installation services. Comprehensive installation instructions are included with every system.
AION currently ships within the contiguous United States. We are expanding to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada in 2026. International inquiries may be directed to [email protected].
All AION systems are shipped fully insured. In the rare event of transit damage, please document the damage with photographs before accepting delivery and contact us within 24 hours at [email protected]. We will arrange immediate replacement at no cost.
