By purchasing AION products or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. AION reserves the right to modify product specifications and pricing at any time. Prices at the time of order confirmation are binding.
AION systems are designed for self-installation or licensed plumber installation. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and reasonable access to the installation location. Whole house systems require access to the main water entry point and adequate space for the system. AION does not provide installation services.
AION's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and lifetime housing warranty are your exclusive remedies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.
